Your Responsibilities as Consultant – Group Performance Management & Consolidation (m/f/d)
Through the implementation of our software, controlling and consolidation structures and processes are newly established and significantly transformed for our clients across various industries. As a consultant, you are responsible for providing both business and technical consulting on our performance management and consolidation solutions, ensuring their optimal use.
As a member of a project team, you work closely with our clients to conduct requirements analyses, design solution concepts, and implement the systems. From the very beginning, you are fully involved in the entire project lifecycle. Depending on your experience and qualifications, you will gradually take on (sub-)project management responsibilities and support our sales team in product demo sessions.
You can apply and further develop your initial experience in group consolidation, gained during your studies or in the group accounting departments of internationally active companies. You will support our clients technically during the implementation of our consolidation solutions and functionally in configuring the relevant logic — such as capital, debt, expense, and income consolidation. Technical support for preparing disclosure notes, e.g. via Office add-ins, is also part of your role.
Who we’re looking for
- Advanced degree in business administration, with a focus on group consolidation, group accounting, or a related field.
- Ideally, you have initial professional experience in group consolidation and IFRS accounting (especially IFRS 16).
- Fachliche Expertise in HGB und IFRS sowie Konzernplanungsprozessen
- Strong expertise in HGB and IFRS, as well as in group planning processes.
Reliability, a self-driven working style, and preferably project management experience.
- Teamfähigkeit, Hands on Mentalität, Reisebereitschaft unternehmerisches Denken
- Professionelle Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Charme
- Sehr gute Englisch- (B2+) und gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2)
- EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office)
